MONEY PLANT****

SUCH A GREAT DATE TODAY   11.1.11
I have just placed a new pot of money plant on my window sill and its really growing very well and green .
I don't have a green thumb but I try to take as much care as it requires and so my day starts with a hot cup of tea which I prefer to have atop my window sill and before I sip my cuppa I make sure that I give this plant  a nice morning shower.
I actually wash it with my hands just the way one would wash a baby's crop of hair .

Just looking at the fresh colours of the leaves and its simplicity makes me feel cheerful at the beginning of the day...
Is there anything that makes you feel that, early in the morning.. Please share it with me and I am sure my other blogger friends would love to hear from you too....

Hello Mahek - I am not a morning person so actively seek things that cheer me :)
Hot tea is always on the list!
Hot tea and watching the birds in the garden.
Hot tea and a walk round the garden on a nice weather day.
Hot tea and a visit round the world via our blogs on a not so nice weather day.
Love your plant - it looks so healthy - you must have very green fingers.
Much love,
L.x.

Hi Mahek ~ Read your lovely comment on my blog so had to hop over here to see what was on your blog! I'm not a morning person so when I finally get going at about 9:00 a.m. I sit at the computer and design cards etc. with coffee. Then I am ready to meet the days demands. As for a tutorial for making the cards I hardly know how to explain them. They are really quite simple as most of it is done digitally. On those particular cards I got the graphics and background papers from http://delightful-doodles.com/ and the word art I used comes from http://createwithtlc.webs.com/christian.htm. The cookie graphic I printed out three more times and cut at different places to create layers and added to the card with mounting tape. All very simple! Any more questions and you can email me at anita@pld.com. Thanks so much for asking!

What a lovely way to start your day, with a cup of tea and by giving your plants a good scrub! Thanks for stopping by my blog!
